Meet Gabriele
Gabriele has 8+ years of experience working with businesses of all sizes across industries as a management consultant and investment banker. He has experience providing strategic advising services to business owners seeking to attract investors, improve their competitive moat, and/or maintain the long-term viability of their business. He has worked one-on-one with businesses seeking to develop business plans, financial models, and succession strategies relating to trust-ownership transitions through his work with Alternative Ownership Advisors. He has aided venture-backed startups and Fortune 500 companies with patent valuation analyses and competitive intelligence reports.
As an investment banker, he has worked on all aspects of sell-side M&A deals including developing traditional company valuations, management presentations and CIMs, and running overall due diligence. He cut his teeth at some of the most well-regarded regional boutique investment banks (Meridian Capital and Orca Capital) and has worked on transactions in industries such as SaaS, CPG, Retail, Professional Services, and B2B manufacturing with enterprise values between $5-$200M.
He loves working with business owners/entrepreneurs and is entrepreneurial enough to build this website. In his spare time, he loves watching movies (and will provide movie recommendations upon request).
